Barion accounts and bookkeeping

Barion runs electronic money accounts for merchants, in multiple currencies. Payments are credited to these accounts, in the appropriate currency. Depending on the country of origin, you, as a merchant, may be mandated by law to include the account information in your books. Please consult a professional with experience in the field of accounting electronic money, such as PayPal.

Immediate payment

Payments are credited to your account immediately after payment is made, so prepare invoices and do bookkeeping accordingly. Many payment service providers credit payments at a later time, usually in batches. Your legislation might require some action, such as creating an invoice, upon arrival of funds. Please consult a professional with experience in the field of accounting electronic money, such as PayPal.
